I used to draw out and staple together my own comics as a kid - I read them a lot and it felt like a great way to tell a story. During the COVID-19 lockdown I felt like I needed to tell stories that felt warm and cozy. Everything felt so lonely & cold. I had been working with some characters at the time for a much more serious story and thought a cute mini-comic about them waking up together would fit the bill.
